This tenant improvement project covered the electrical scope of a 13,532 SF two-story office building. The build-out spans multiple private offices, common areas, conference space, and support rooms across both floors.

This large-scale industrial warehouse sits on over 21 acres in South Reno, spanning more than 405,000 square feet of commercial operations space. Truckee Meadows Electric completed the electrical scope for this tenant improvement in 2022.
